Enter the work through a channeled healing
Our recordings bring you into the work through voice, connection and guided inward attention. Choose the theme that speaks to what you are moving through, create space to receive, and return to the journey as your understanding deepens. Themes across the Academy include self-connection, emotional patterns, energetic blocks and the return to love.
What is in the classroom?
The Academy currently includes collections labelled Essence of Love Monthly MP3s and Awaken & Connect MP3 & Group Healings. There are also separate replay and live-healing collections. The recordings and sessions included depend on your membership; check current plan details on Skool.
How could you use a recording?
- Read its title and introduction before choosing.
- Listen somewhere you can give it your attention, away from driving or tasks that need concentration.
- Let the guidance be an invitation. There is no required feeling or experience.
- Afterwards, note one observation or take a moment before continuing your day.
Academy recordings and shop purchases are different
Academy collections are accessed through your Skool membership. Individual MP3s and course packages bought from the Wix shop follow their own purchase and download details. A shop purchase does not automatically enrol you in the Academy.
Try a public practice first
Watch Meditate With Me: Episode 7, or receive the free newsletter healing recording by email. These are separate introductions, available before you decide about membership.
Guided spiritual practices do not replace medical or psychological care. Pause a practice that feels distressing and seek appropriate support.
