2.    Service Description

Your Limitless Growth, LLC, facilitated by Ross Shugar (Leo Light) and Joanna Zuniga (JoJo Beyond Light), offers various services, including but not limited to meditation, NLP and energy healing. You will receive alternative, transformational, and healing modalities.

Any of these modalities may awaken physical and emotional feelings, or memories. It is understood that sometimes healing during the transformational process feels wonderful, or ecstatic, and sometimes it does not feel comfortable at all. These services are designed for personal development and are based on the teachings and beliefs of the facilitators.

3.    User Obligations

•    Users must provide accurate details upon registration and maintain the confidentiality of their account information.

•    Users agree to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

•    Users must adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided in each service.

4.    Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials provided in our services, including texts, videos, graphics, and other materials, are owned by Your Limitless Growth, LLC, or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5.    Disclaimer of Warranties

•    Services are provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

•    Your Limitless Growth, LLC, does not warrant the effectiveness, reliability, accuracy, or outcomes of any services.

6.    Limitations of Liability

Your Limitless Growth, LLC, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

7.    Modifications to Services

Your Limitless Growth, LLC, reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any service with or without notice.

8.    User Feedback and Complaints

•    Users are encouraged to provide feedback on the services.

•    Any complaints or concerns regarding the services should be directed to beyondlightacademy@gmail.com.

9.    Termination

Your Limitless Growth, LLC, reserves the right to terminate your access to any service for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

10.    Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, United States.

11.    Changes to Terms and Conditions

Your Limitless Growth, LLC, reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Subscription Agreement

Upon subscribing to any program or service provided by Your Limitless Growth, LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

•    The services offered are aimed at connecting clients to their inner selves to assist in healing dense trauma.

•    Clients must notify Your Limitless Growth, LLC, one month in advance if they wish to cancel their subscription.

•    Once charged for a subscription period, refunds are not provided as program recordings and resources are already distributed.

•    The content delivered is for personal use only and must not be redistributed or shared.

•    Confidentiality within the community platform is crucial. All interactions and discussions are to be kept within the group.

•    Your Limitless Growth, LLC, reserves the right to alter content or terms to enhance client experience, with prior notification.

•    Clients must respect the intellectual property of Your Limitless Growth, LLC, and facilitators Ross Shugar (Leo Light) and Joanna Zuniga (JoJo Beyond Light). The teachings and materials provided are not to be used for public or commercial purposes without authorization.

Liability and Participation

•    Clients participate in services offered by Your Limitless Growth, LLC, at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and well-being.

•     Clients understand that Ross Shugar (Leo Light) and Joanna Zuniga (JoJo Beyond Light) will not be diagnosing, treating or offering advice concerning any condition - physically, emotionally, mentally, psychologically, or spiritually. The programs and/or sessions, nor any facilitator involved, including Ross Shugar (Leo Light) and Joanna Zuniga (JoJo Beyond Light), will not diagnose or treat any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual symptoms or conditions. Although the facilitators may hold certificate’s, in this environment they are not functioning in such a capacity.

•     I understand that I am responsible for all of my existing injuries, health, and mental health conditions. If I have health conditions present, then I will consult outside medical advice before attending any programs with Ross Shugar (Leo Light) and Joanna Zuniga (JoJo Beyond Light), Your Limitless Growth, LLC, and Associated Facilitators.

•    Your Limitless Growth, LLC, and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in the services.

•    Clients are encouraged to consult medical professionals before engaging in any activity that may impact their health.

2. Confidentiality Agreement

Clients are required to uphold the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared by other clients during sessions is confidential and must not be disclosed.

3. Consent to Record

Your Limitless Growth, LLC reserves the right to record sessions and events for educational, promotional, or operational purposes. Participation in these services constitutes consent to such recording.

4. Use of Media

Images, videos, or recordings captured during our sessions may be used by Your Limitless Growth, LLC for promotional, educational, or operational purposes. Participation in our services indicates consent to this use.

5. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Disclaimer

Services provided by Beyond Light Academy are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice and care. Please seek medical advise for any health related matter.

7. Limitation of Liability

Your Limitless Growth, LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Amendments

This policy may be amended at any time. Continued use of services following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Return Policy

Beyond Light Academy Return and Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy for Booked Sessions:

At Beyond Light Academy, we are committed to providing the highest quality spiritual guidance and healing services. Due to the nature of our work and the resources involved in preparing for each session, we uphold a strict no-refund policy. When you book a session, it represents a significant commitment from both our dedicated practitioners and yourself. Therefore, once a session is booked and payment is processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Rescheduling Sessions:

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients’ needs. If you find yourself unable to attend a scheduled session, we offer the option to reschedule, provided you notify us at least 3 days prior to the original appointment. This policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring that we can manage our scheduling effectively to serve all of our clients with the attention and preparedness they deserve.

Membership Program Cancellation:

Memberships at Beyond Light Academy offer ongoing opportunities for growth and healing. If you wish to cancel your membership, we require notification one month in advance of your renewal date. This advance notice ensures that we can process your cancellation effectively and allows for a smooth transition. If a cancellation request is made mid-term, the cancellation will become effective 30 days from the notification date, and you will be responsible for any charges incurred during this period.

Understanding Outcomes and Services:

We encourage all clients to thoroughly review the details of our sessions and membership programs before making a commitment. It is important to understand that individual experiences and results may vary, as each journey is unique. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as they depend on a multitude of factors, including individual participation and personal circumstances. Your decision to engage in our services signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance of this variability and the personal nature of the healing process.

Consent to Record:

Please be aware that Beyond Light Academy may record sessions and events for educational, promotional, or operational purposes. By participating in our services, you consent to such recording and the use of any images or videos obtained during these sessions.

By booking a session or enrolling in a membership at Beyond Light Academy, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this policy. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to supporting you on your journey of healing and self-discovery.
