Your recording arrives by email
Enter your email in the form above and choose to join our newsletter. After your signup, look for the Beyond Light welcome email with your free guided healing recording. The recording is delivered through that email, rather than played on this page.
A little connection, beyond the recording
You will also receive reflections from Beyond Light, news from the Academy and invitations to explore our work. Newsletter subscription is free, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Cannot find the welcome email?
Check your Promotions and Spam folders. If you already subscribed, look for your earlier welcome email: submitting the form again may not send another copy. If you still cannot find it, contact us using the email address you subscribed with.
Prefer to begin with a written practice?
Our beginner meditation guide is a separate, free article you can read on the website. It explains a simple practice and how to begin at your own pace.
