Show up for your own connection
Your first week is a beginning, not a race through the classroom. Come with the willingness to meet yourself honestly. Choose a course or healing that speaks to what is moving within you, give it your attention, and bring your questions into the community.
- Day 1 — Find your bearings. Sign in to Skool and notice the Community, Classroom and Calendar tabs. Read the information shown for your membership. You can introduce yourself if you want to; sharing is your choice.
- Day 2 — Enter your first healing. Find a recording available to your plan, or try our short public meditation. Choose a comfortable time and stop whenever you need to.
- Day 3 — Open a course that speaks to you. The seven-day self-connection course offers a sequence of themes. Read its welcome and decide whether its approach feels suitable.
- Day 4 — Make room to integrate. Ask yourself what felt useful and what you would like to explore. A quiet walk or a few written lines may be enough. Notice where you can choose from awareness rather than return automatically to the old pattern.
- Day 5 — Discover the conversation. Read the community at your own pace. If you choose to ask a question or share, keep to the group’s current guidance and share only what feels appropriate to you.
- Day 6 — Check the real calendar. See what is scheduled in Skool, confirm the displayed time zone and check access under your plan. If the timing does not suit you, explore the replay collection where available.
- Day 7 — Choose what you want to return to. Revisit a recording, continue a course or bring a question to the community. One small practice you want to repeat can be a meaningful beginning.
What if I want a slower pace?
Take one step a week, or revisit the same recording. You do not need to finish a course quickly to belong. Our guide to making space for a regular practice offers a practical way to choose a rhythm.
