Be the Love you Have Searched For

As we unwind into the vastness of our souls, the true nature of ourselves, we are met with a pushback from self.

The patterns we’ve held onto as a way to keep us ‘safe,’ the control we feel puts us in a better position against the chaos, the distrust we breathe as a separation from what it truly means to live from self.

These parts of self are what keeps us in the cycles we so despise, the reality we want to move out of.

It takes courage and love to move further away from this and into our truth… 

Love is the glue that holds us together, it is what is in between the lines in the spaces we feel we cannot reach.

Love always stays; it has never left... Even if we believe it has.

Right now, is there something you are struggling with?

An emotion or feeling that you hold onto in the midst of it all?

If you reflect in this now and see how you’ve interacted with this in the past or even in the now…

Was it with love in your heart?

Was it with compassion in your touch?

These cycles usually continue through our anger, hatred or even avoidance of these shadows we hold in self.

Now can you see?

What if we treated these parts with love, not disdain, just pure love and acceptance.

Make them feel wanted, supported, and able to be without the pressure of negativity guiding the way.

You are the love they need; you are the support that they want, you are the way home.

Feel this deeply and love yourself.

No matter what is going on, the answer is as simple as leading with the love that you are.

No one can change you. Only you can choose what is best for yourself.
