Your Limitless Growth, LLC, facilitated by Ross Shugar (Leo Light) and Joanna Zuniga (JoJo Beyond Light), offers various services, including but not limited to meditation, NLP and energy healing. You will receive alternative, transformational, and healing modalities.

Any of these modalities may awaken physical and emotional feelings, or memories. It is understood that sometimes healing during the transformational process feels wonderful, or ecstatic, and sometimes it does not feel comfortable at all. These services are designed for personal development and are based on the teachings and beliefs of the facilitators.

    3.    User Obligations

    •    Users must provide accurate details upon registration and maintain the confidentiality of their account information.

    •    Users agree to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

    •    Users must adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided in each service.

    4.    Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials provided in our services, including texts, videos, graphics, and other materials, are owned by Your Limitless Growth, LLC, or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subscription Agreement

Upon subscribing to any program or service provided by Your Limitless Growth, LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

 

    •    The services offered are aimed at connecting clients to their inner selves to assist in healing dense trauma.

    •    Clients must notify Your Limitless Growth, LLC, one month in advance if they wish to cancel their subscription.

    •    Once charged for a subscription period, refunds are not provided as program recordings and resources are already distributed.

    •    The content delivered is for personal use only and must not be redistributed or shared.

    •    Confidentiality within the community platform is crucial. All interactions and discussions are to be kept within the group.

    •    Your Limitless Growth, LLC, reserves the right to alter content or terms to enhance client experience, with prior notification.

    •    Clients must respect the intellectual property of Your Limitless Growth, LLC, and facilitators Ross Shugar (Leo Light) and Joanna Zuniga (JoJo Beyond Light). The teachings and materials provided are not to be used for public or commercial purposes without authorization.

Liability and Participation

    •    Clients participate in services offered by Your Limitless Growth, LLC, at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and well-being.

 

      •     Clients understand that Ross Shugar (Leo Light) and Joanna Zuniga (JoJo Beyond Light) will not be diagnosing, treating or offering advice concerning any condition - physically, emotionally, mentally, psychologically, or spiritually. The programs and/or sessions, nor any facilitator involved, including Ross Shugar (Leo Light) and Joanna Zuniga (JoJo Beyond Light), will not diagnose or treat any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual symptoms or conditions. Although the facilitators may hold certificate’s, in this environment they are not functioning in such a capacity. 

 

      •     I understand that I am responsible for all of my existing injuries, health, and mental health conditions. If I have health conditions present, then I will consult outside medical advice before attending any programs with Ross Shugar (Leo Light) and Joanna Zuniga (JoJo Beyond Light), Your Limitless Growth, LLC, and Associated Facilitators.

 

    •    Your Limitless Growth, LLC, and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation in the services.

    •    Clients are encouraged to consult medical professionals before engaging in any activity that may impact their health.
