When you book a session, it represents a significant commitment from both our dedicated practitioners and yourself. Therefore, once a session is booked and payment is processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

Rescheduling Sessions:

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients’ needs. If you find yourself unable to attend a scheduled session, we offer the option to reschedule, provided you notify us at least 3 days prior to the original appointment. This policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring that we can manage our scheduling effectively to serve all of our clients with the attention and preparedness they deserve.

 

Membership Program Cancellation:

Memberships at Beyond Light Academy offer ongoing opportunities for growth and healing. If you wish to cancel your membership, we require notification one month in advance of your renewal date. This advance notice ensures that we can process your cancellation effectively and allows for a smooth transition. If a cancellation request is made mid-term, the cancellation will become effective 30 days from the notification date, and you will be responsible for any charges incurred during this period.
